Today Me, Bryan and Kah Loon just finish running for 10 KM.
We had join MIZUNO wave Run at padang merbuk. (KL)
actually i have one more friend that have register,
but too bad for him because he have to go to work
on SUNDAY 6am in the morning.
so only three of us are going.
at first i think i can two of them,.......
but is a different story when doing.
kah loon finish first with time of 1 hour and 05 minit.
bryan finish Second with time of 1 hour and 15 minits
and me the hero finish last and take about 1 hour and 20 minit,
so lame lah me....
before the run, we have a deal ( who finish last have to buy drink)
so i did, we have breakfast at segambut eating seafood mee.
sandy did come along,
we have a nice day,
hope we can do better next time.
so i will train harder, to win the two guys.

it has been a long time, and a lot of thing happen to me, GOOD and BAD,......

first thing i'm not a father YYyYYyYYEEeEEEEEAAAAAaaaaTTtTtTttt.
and secand thing do you know MALAYSIA polis man are not like what you see in T.V or movie.
is different in malaysia.
malaysia only used FATTTT pig and stupid pig to be polis..
they not only look like pig but smell like one too....

the polis man are so stupid and slow, this few day many good man like us try to pay them salary and line up for that(SAMAN), they do work like shit slow like pig...
have to Q up three time to pay your saman.

This sunday are so meaningful for me, because my relative on my father side ask us to join in some "Family Telematch" at bandar sri damansara...
We reach the playground at 5.00pm, and all my relative are gather around and start the first games.
i so happy because this is the first time i play games with my relative. ]
We have about 36 of us are playing and we have been devide into three group( red, blue and yellow) and i'm in the blue team..
the first games are each person have to run to the oppositeto get a tennis ball and run back to the starting line three times...... sound easy but for me is like going to hell, after my turn running that i feel very tired.
for the first games red team have won, and the second games red team won again.
the thirt games are penalty shoot out........ ( i really kick like back-ham) because i kick an air ball,
i miss it, so shit and my team lose again.

red team are the champion for this year telematch.

all my relative are tired but very happy cos we all enjoy the games very well.
they even plan to have family telematch yearly so that we can play again...
we also take photo
i think this kind of telematch are a good way to keep in touch with each another...
i even think if this telematch can be held for 5a2 friend, (do you think that good?)

i so hope that 5a2 friend can meet more often, and not only wait until aug........
i just think only.............. can that really happen?????????

We went to taman daya for some snooker games.
We really enjoy and have good times,
although we are not top shooter, we still able to finish each games less then 30 min.

he say as a sales man you should have min three of this - Ready (get ready all the tools)

-Knowledge (know more, sell more)

he say when we compare with the people in china, we are just like a lazy pig.
china people always use their time wisely, they waste less time, you can see them reading when they are free, even in the bus and train.
china man work to keep them alive...
and for us??????
we malaysian alway waste time doing rubbish, doing nothing when free...look so cool but actualy a fool.....never Hargai TIME..
Malaysian work is not to be alive is only for past time......

he also ask us whether we read news paper or not, and my answer is no.
only 10% of the people read news paper. so sad (include me)

he say we should value our time, try to use fully ourtime, read more news paper not for the TV programbut to know more what happen around us (it help us in our sales)

salesman should know more info not only about their product but also the world news.
then you know what the demand, what you can supply..

lastly how to berjaya in your sales and to be RICH
sales man should always share info with one another, so that you can know more from other.
a (sell-fish) selfish sales man that don't like to share info with other will end up sales droping.....
because he only know so little by him self.
many sales man takut when they teach other and that person will be better than him later.
this statement are wrong because when you able to teach another person to be top sales you yourself already a winner, then you know that person are getting clever then you should "kam pah teh". with this permikiran you will alway improve.............

last sat i'm the first time being a AHMaD..... it feel so good in the start but quite nervous at the end......

i'm not only ahmad on that day i also a brother for the bridegroom.
i'm so lucky that i still can be a brother for him...

i drive the bridegroom from kepong to klang, is a long way we take about one hour to reach klang, is not because BMW got no power,is because all the other brother car can't follow....they are too slow and i have to slow down.....
we in klang about 8.45am, we start horning when we reach the junction....
you know what happen the bride house are not ready, the main door park a proton wira???/
why is the car there???is it the VIP parking for the BMW??
no 1 come to open door for the groom, and the groom are so nervous, he open the door by him self.
the groom and brother wait out side at the gates and me i go and look for parking..
after a 5 minute, the bride parents ask the groom get into the car again because a babies boy is on his way there to open door for him.... and so we did take the car and go one round and come back for the little boy...

hello friend, when you are reading this post, i okay already.
if you had read my post, yesterday i'm not that happy because i had faces some problem.
after a short chat with a friend, i finally wake up from a long long dream.

at the begin i really can't accept that fact, i alway thought that 1+1=2, that work in math but not in life and in working. i always "turn cow horn sharp" i'm so sillyand stupid..

after i get some advice today, i hope i can really change .... hopefully...

so four of them start working hard in that farm, planting fruit and flower.
they all work very hard, after one year this family start to get some profit by selling all the things they plant.

Mother: son A i want you go to another place, and learn more thing to plant in the farm.
Son A : okay mom, i go.
after son A come back from another Kampong, he learn how to plant rice. with this this family earn more than last year. So in the second year the mother talk to her son B and son A.
Mother : Son A and B, this year i want you two go to a difference Kampong to learn .
SonA and B: okay mom.
Is true , after Son A and B come back, they learn how to plant pokok durian and betik..
and this family become rich and rich.........(Son C, think,this year will be my chance to go learn some thing in other Kampong)
Finally the mom say to her son A again.
Mother : Son A, this year i will go with you to other Kampong.

today one of my dealer ask me to quote him one item , and he say other people give me RM 95.00 only.
then i check my cost and i start doing my indian math, and i quote him RM 100.00, i say this is the best i can offer.
after three hour he call back and confirm that order...
the question is WHY he still buy from you is it because you give better services to them or they just lie to you about the price other people offer.
i hope to give better price to my dealer, so that they can also get profit from it .
but if they ask for too much , what can i do to keep this dealer

yesterday one of my friend ask me out for a lucky games at TAMAN DAYA.

at first we have a great time playing LUCKY, actually i lose a lot about RM 10.00,

hello friend , today i finally know what is going up a car!!!!!
this morning i are some friend to go for a jog,
actually i invite about ten friend but most of my friend are rich, they have money to buy "kapal terbang" so that day i receive about 5 aeroplane.
but anywhere i still on with my plan, at seven i reach the gates soon three of my friend arrive.
then we start working in to fri, i think i can run so i start running and my friend say are you sure you can finish one run!!!!!!!!!!!!!! (go up car ) start- she want to bring us to the canopy ways, i thougth is easy so i say okay, no problem, at the start is easy because the road is okay but soon she lead us to go up stair, the way to the bridge... oh no is too hi , because i want faces mah so i still follow loh, oh shit is a long way , look like never ending. then i ask my friend how long do we have to walk?? she say we only just pass 1/4 only...oh i close to pangsan.

we went to a new place at sb.
just a few of us but we order a lot of food. " fish , sotong , sayur , a lot more.
i can't believe that we can finish all this within half an hour.
