don't bee angry

one of my friend angry at me already because i promis to make a birthday party for him, and the promis was 3 months ago, and i find out that i can't do it because i have some thing to do in that 3 continues week end.
i would take this chance to say sorry to this " friend" and wish him a happy happy birthday.
